C. elegans chemotaxis: how to use biophysics and neurogenetics to analyze a novel animal behavior

Our team of undergraduates will learn powerful new techniques in behavioral and genetic analysis. We hope to make some exciting new discoveries about the genetic basis of a novel salt chemotaxis behavior and associated long-term memory in this fascinating animal, and aim to provide students with a solid foundation in modern genetic analysis.
