Elections Parties and Legislative Effectiveness
Data and r code available here. This includes all amendments identified that have been offered more than once and a "redline" comparison of these amendments to their identified match.
The full corpus of Senate amendments (50,000+) is too large to upload. I am working on the best way to make this data available widely.
