Conal Doyle is a Senior Lecturer of business administration at Harvard University. He received a B.A. from Harvard College in 1966 and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1968. He is a frequent speaker on implementing strategy, corporate transformation, and private equity investment. His courses on executing strategy, corporate merger and acquisition, and private equity are popular among Harvard students. He also teaches in numerous executive programs.

During the Vietnam War, Mr Doyle was a public affairs officer for the Chief of Naval Operations in the Pentagon and Commander Carrier Division SIX in the Mediterranean Sea. Mr Doyle has worked in a variety of private sector industries. From 1971 to 1989, Mr. Doyle led Perini Land and Development Corporation and other major real estate developers on a variety of commercial and residential projects. Mr. Doyle was senior vice president of Kirkbrae Group and led its Strategy unit which was responsible for the formulation and execution of the company's overall strategy. Since 1990, Mr. Doyle has been an investor in private equity. He was president of Arena Investments, a private equity firm that focuses on the real estate industry. Mr. Doyle also served as a mentor for the Harvard International Students Office. Mr. Doyle is also the President of the Charles Institute of Management.
