I am a cancer researcher with a background in bioengineering. I study how the tumor microenvironment gives rise to resistance to cancer therapy. My goal is to design translatable therapies for cancer and other diseases.
I am currently a postdoctoral fellow co-mentored by Professor Robert S. Langer and Professor Phillip A. Sharp at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. I recently earned my doctorate from Harvard, where I was advised by Professor Rakesh K. Jain. My dissertation is titled "Re-engineering the tumor microenvironment to enchance drug delivery." I received my bachelor's degree and a master's degree from Johns Hopkins, as well as a master's degree from Harvard.
