Gabriel Chodorow-Reich is professor of economics at Harvard University, a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and a visiting scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. His research focuses on macroeconomics, finance, and labor markets (view research statement).

Gabriel received his A.B. in Social Studies from Harvard in 2005 and his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley in 2013. From 2009-2010, he served as an economist on the White House Council of Economic Advisers. He is a 2020 recipient of a Sloan research fellowship.
