About me
Note that this bio is out of date. Please visit LinkedIn for an up-to-date profile.
During my appointment as a research fellow at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, I worked as a computational biologist and bioinformatician with specialization in cancer genomics and background in computer science.
My main focus involved the development of novel analyses on RNA-seq and their application to multiple myeloma, for which I used insightful ways of understanding data, leading to refined processing, model simplification and effective communication of anlytical results.
