I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the lab of Zak Kohane at Harvard Medical School's Department of Biomedical Informatics.

My research broadly covers statistical methods for complex diseases where a wide array of phenotypic information is needed to accurately capture the scientific question of interest. Examples include discovering autism subtypes based on deep comorbidity phenotyping, assessing shared etiology of autoimmune diseases, and genome-wide association studies of complex disease progression in HIV.
