I have been a graduate student in Linguistics at Harvard University. I am currently a post-doc researcher in the Department of Linguistics at University of Vienna.

Within Linguistics my subfield is Historical Linguistics. I am interested in all aspects of language change and the question how and why languages change over the course of time.
