Previous Teaching Experiences

Teaching Fellow for 'Science and Cooking: From Haute Cuisine to Soft Matter Science

Harvard University

September 2010– December 2010

Science and Cooking: From Haute Cuisine to Soft Matter Science was a course offered through Harvard University's General Education Program.

Since this was the first time the course was offered, I developed labs and homework assignments and exam questions, taught a two hour lab section, held weekly office hours and answered student questions about course material. I also assisted guest chef lectures and office hours throughout the semester.

Teaching Fellow for Introduction to Soft Matter

Harvard University

September 2008– December 2008

In this graduate level course on soft condensed matter, I developed homework assignments, explained and clarified concepts in both a group setting and with individual students on a weekly basis. I guided students in a final project as part of the course where they investigated a soft matter topic of personal interest.
