I am a doctoral student in the Department of Classics at Harvard University. My principal interests are: 1) Latin prose, both literary and non-literary; 2) Greek and Roman science and technology; 3) Greco-Roman and Chinese comparative studies. The "Bio" page has a more discursive treatment.

I am doing my special courses with Kathleen Coleman, on philosophy in the time of the Flavians and Trajan; Mark Schiefsky, on the natural-philosophical works of Aristotle and Theophrastus; and Richard Tarrant, on Seneca the Younger.
