Thanks for visiting my site! I'm a graduate student in the Department of Psychology at Harvard University. I work in the Moral Psychology Research Lab, directed by Fiery Cushman.

I study social decision-making, focusing on morality. I'm particularly interested in understanding the cognitive and neural bases of punishment, as well as the ultimate function(s) that punishment serves. My work integrates approaches from psychology, cognitive neuroscience and behavioral economics.

You can contact me at justinmartin[at]g.harvard.edu. My Google Scholar page is here, and you can find my publications here and my CV here.
