My colleague David Blazar and I are conducting a randomized field trial of the MATCH Teacher Coaching program developed by Michael Goldstein through his work with MATCH Teacher Residency.  This study will evaluate the effect of intensive individualized coaching on teacher effectiveness, student behavior and effort, and academic achievement.  We are conducting the study in collaboration with over 20 charter schools in the New Orleans Recovery School District.
