My colleagues Heather Hill, Charalambos Charalambous and I have recently finished a revised draft of our manuscript entitled, "When rater reliability is not enough: Teacher observation systems and a case for the G-study."  We hope that this study can help to inform the ongoing processes of developing reliable classroom observation systems that are occurring in states across the country.
