i'm a fellow in the stpp/ict + public policy project at the kennedy school. i write on technological advancement in communications technology with a specific focus on developing enduring governance principles and frameworks for mobile data and content delivery. i also write, teach, and run a seminar on cybersecurity. i'm interested privacy, surveillance, new media, and a whole lot more.
i've worked at microsoft as an attorney, doing technology policy and government affairs work. prior to that, i received my j.d. from columbia, and did my undergrad at berkeley. i'm a skiier, email junkie, and oenophile. there's probably a bottle of sriracha within twenty feet of me at all times.
