WELCOME TO MY PERSONAL WEBSITE!

I teach systematic theology and the history of Christian thought at the Divinity School of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Prior to joining the Samford faculty, I was a Lilly Fellow and Lecturer in Theology and Humanities at Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, Indiana.

My professional interests lie in systematic theology, Reformation studies, continental philosophy, social theory, and, more generally, European intellectual history from early modernity onwards.

I hold a doctorate in theology from Harvard University.
