Nina Radkevich received her PhD in linguistics from the University of Connecticut in 2010. Her dissertation investigates the structure of spatial expressions cross-linguistically. Her main research interests lie in the areas of syntax and morphology and their interaction. Nina is particularly interested in syntax and morphology of agreement, null categories in syntax, portmanteau morphology and allomorphy. She currently works on these issues in a variety of languages - Nakh-Dagestanian, Slavic, and Mayan. Her research interests also include Heritage languages, especially Heritage Russian.
