I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Linguistics at Harvard University. My research is primarily in semantics and the semantics-pragmatics interface, and I work with Jesse Snedeker and Gennaro Chierchia. I am also interested in the philosophy of linguistics. I did my undergraduate work at the University of Michigan in linguistics and philosophy with Ezra Keshet and John Lawler, focusing on the semantics and metaphysics of tense. Before coming to Harvard, I managed the 300 Languages Project with Laura Welcher at the Long Now Foundation.
