András Tilcsik is a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Behavior at Harvard University. His research focuses on work, labor markets, and institutional processes in organizations. His work has appeared in the American Journal of Sociology and the Academy of Management Journal. András received the 2011 James D. Thompson Award from the American Sociological Association, a Derek C. Bok Award for Teaching Excellence from Harvard University, and a Wyss Award for Excellence in Doctoral Research from Harvard Business School.
