The Faculty Diversity Project examines how faculty of various ethno-racial groups address issues of race and diversity in the classroom, their departments, and the university. I was a part of the research team and conducted interviews for this project. I have two co-authored publications with Laura Hirshfield using this data examining how faculty of color and women faculty negotiate their marginalized identities within academia.
