I am a Ph. D. candidate in the Department of Statistics, Harvard University.

My advisor is Prof. Samuel S. C. Kou and I also work with Prof. Jun S. LiuNeil Shephard, and Xiao-Li Meng.

Before joining Harvard, I obtained my B.S. degree in Mathematics from University of Science and Technology of China. 

 

 

My research interests include:

  1. Online learning and scalable inference for big data sets
  2. Bayesian computation, parallelizable MCMC algorithms
  3. Applied statistical analysis, mainly in the field of biochemistry and astronomy
  4. Model selection for hidden Markov models
