Doctoral candidate in Harvard School of Public Health

I am a third year doctoral student in the population and reproductive health track. I hold a MSc. from Harvard, at the department of Global Health and Population. Over the past two years, as a research assistant of Harvard Initiative of Global Health, I have been working on the World Health Organization’s collaborative project on Global Burden of Metabolic Risk Factor of Chronic Diseases. My work focuses on systematically estimating the exposure distribution of high blood glucose and high Body Mass Index, and further investigating their roles in global burden of diseases. Prior to Harvard, I graduated with the highest honor from Fudan University School of Public Health. My thesis on income mechanism of village doctors under framework of Shanghai integrated management of rural health organizations was awarded as Best Bachelor Thesis in Health Economics Department.
