I am an Organizational Psychologist with specialism in Human Factors and experience working with a range of high-risk industries to improve safety performance. My current research focuses on behavioral or non-technical aspects of performance in acute healthcare settings, particularly in the operating room. As director of education and research at STRATUS Center for Medical Simulation at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston I assist clinical faculty with the educational and research design aspects of their training programs.
