Annabelle Fowler is a Ph.D. candidate in Health Policy and Economics at Harvard University and is on the Job Market in 2019-2020.
She is primarily advised by Tom McGuire, David Cutler, Michael McWilliams, and Ariel Stern. Annabelle's dissertation examines how regulations and incentives affect pharmaceutical markets, from the sets of drugs that come to market and when, to how they are covered by insurance.
Prior to Harvard, Annabelle spent four years in economic consulting at Charles River Associates, focusing on antitrust and competition economics. Annabelle holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Middlebury College. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and grew up in South America and in the UK.
