I am a physicist working at the interface between physics, ecology and evolution. My work focuses on the spatial eco-evolutionary dynamics of microbial communities. In my research, I combine laboratory experiments with theoretical investigation inspired by the methods of statistical physics to search for regularities in biological systems and to find the general principles that govern their dynamics. I am also interested in the emergence and co-variations of scaling patterns in ecology.

I am currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Physics with David Nelson and the Department of Cellular and Molecular Biology with Andrew Murray at Harvard University.
