Anisha Asundi works at the intersection of academia and practice, bringing key evidence-based insights on gender equity & diversity and inclusion into the hands of policymakers, companies, and leaders. She is currently a Research Fellow: Gender Specialist at the Women and Public Policy Program at Harvard Kennedy School. At WAPPP, she manages and leads the Gender Action Portal (gap.hks.harvard.edu), an online collection of experimental research summaries that close gender gaps in economic opportunity, politics, health, and education. She also contributes to WAPPP's Gender and Technology portfolio, which uses evidence-based behavioral insights to advance diversity and inclusion in the tech sector. She is currently the co-chair of Harvard's Women in Tech+Allies affinity group.
