Professor Liebman, who was named to the congressional Commission on Evidence-Based Policymaking in April, attended the second meeting of the Commission on September 9th. As part of its work to strengthen the government's evidence-building efforts, the Commission heard from experts presenting on federal and state approaches to privacy, confidentiality, and data security issues.
