Welcome! I am a fifth year PhD student in economics, interested in labor and macroeconomics. I am currently working on two projects. The first is to develop a concept of "position specificity" in labor markets, which predicts that workers in high-specificity jobs both (i) receive differential firm wage premia at high-productivty firms and (ii) are more insulated from variations in aggregate labor market slack. A second project looks how changes in the composition and labor intensity of investment goods affects the transmission of monetary policy.
