Brian Ramirez is an Ed.M. candidate at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He's part of the Technology, Innovation, and Education Master's program. His research focuses on the intersection of technology and education. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Computer Science & Education. As his thesis, Brian developed a learning management system called UTeach.

Currently, Brian works for the Harvard John A. Paulson School Of Engineering And Applied Sciences where he works as a Course Administrator helping the teaching staff of CS121: Introduction to Theoretical Computer Science. In addtion to working at SEAS, Brian is a research assistant at MIT where he does research on virtual reality experiences for the classroom. Previously, Brian worked at PlayStation where he developed applications for the PlayStation 4. Brian also worked as an instructor at Exploration Summer Programs at Yale University where he taught mobile application development. His passion lies in educational software development, he currently has released three applications in the Apple App Store with over 35,000 downloads in total. Brian hopes to continue developing software that will revolutionize the way we teach and learn.
