international news service and academic resource. In 2008 and 2009, K. Lee Lerner served as Editor-in-Chief and Brenda Wilmoth Lerner served as a senior editor for GIC content development. After launch of the online platform, K. Lee Lerner  and Brenda Wilmoth Lerner became advisors and contributing editors for science and public health related issues

Science in Context (SCIC), previously the Gale Science Resource Center, is continuously updated by LMG (London, Paris, Cambridge, www.lernermediaglobal.co.uk).  Since 2003, K. Lee Lerner has served as the principal science advisor and contributing editor for this respected online science educational resource. LMG's continuous updating duties cover a range of  resources including the Gale Encyclopedia of Science, the RUSA and Outstanding Academic Title award-winning Environmental Encyclopedia, and Macmillan Science Reference Series articles.
