I am passionate about globalization of higher education, international student engagement, cultural diversity & inclusivity, and cross-cultural exchange. I received my M.Ed in Higher Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2020 and previously served as the Personal Development Coach at Harvard Summer School. From 2019-2020,  I worked at Harvard College Dean of Students Office, focusing on advising and supporting Harvard College's all 500 undergraduate student organizations and leadeing leadership development workshops for students. Before Harvard, I graduated with Honors in Economics and minor in Global Education from New York University, where I graduated in 3 years and had two student affairs positions at NYU in Residential Life and International Student Engagement. I have also worked at a university in China focusing on international student support and have won multiple university and nation-level awards at NYU. I have planned, staffed, and supervised over 200 large and small-scale programs with over 10,500 attending students. In my research experience, I have written my Honors Thesis examining factors that influence U.S. higher education institutions’ global fundraising. I aim to further utilize my student affairs experience and research skills to promote student growth and invest in student success.
