As an experienced and dedicated higher eductaion leader and practitioner, I am passionate about globalization of higher education, AI-Empowered higher education, international student engagement, cultural diversity & inclusivity, and cross-cultural exchange. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Tsinghua University Online Education Center and as Senior Manager at Global MOOC and Online Education Alliance, I lead teams on AI and online education-related research, oversee Tsinghua University’s international partnership and global cooperation on online education and AI-empowered education, and manage international academic conferences and summits.
I received my M.Ed in Higher Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and my B.A. with Honors in Economics and a minor in Education from New York University, and I graduated one year early from NYU.
My professional portfolio includes serving as Academic Advisor at NYU Shanghai, where I advised students on academic planning, major selection, personal development, and also oversaw graduate school advising as the Graduate School Advisor. I have also served as the Personal Development Coach at Harvard Summer School and worked at Harvard College Dean of Students Office, focusing on advising and supporting Harvard College's all 500 undergraduate student organizations and leading leadership development workshops for students. I have also given multiple guest lectures on student leadership, global competency, and personal development at Harvard, NYU, SUS Tech in China, Xidian University, Sofia University, and other universities/platforms.
