  • Conducted 100+ 30-minute advising meetings with international students, developed 30+ hours of English Conversation Sessions with 600+ ESL international students and led cultural awareness workshops for 400+ faculty and staff members
  • Answered questions from 9,000+ students and created 30+ biweekly email communications to 14,000 students
  • Analyzed datasets and surveys to understand the needs, satisfaction rates, and challenges of international students and presented findings at university-level leadership meetings and supervised 250+ 2018 orientation student staff
