I'm a geneticist, epidemiologist, and computational biologist with training in linguistics, cancer research, and nucleolar biology. I study everything from molecules to behavior, using cutting-edge methods such as transcriptomic Mendelian randomization, epigenetics, and machine learning. I aim to discover regulatory causes of diseases in human populations and to understand what makes us who we are and why we age.
Current Research
- Are those with antisocial proclivities more likely to get COVID? We used genetics to find out. My latest publication is live at Translational Psychiatry: t.co/EyeAIPbPgn
- Is it possible to predict biological age in lung? Yes, see my slides which explain how I did it (and more). t.co/hqub8zoamS
