New preprint!

January 27, 2023
We're excited to share our working on using CRISPRi/a screening to identify the transporters of amino acids in cancer cells. To learn more about our findings: check out our Twitter thread (https://twitter.com/chidley_chris/status/1619098644803895296) or BioRxiv (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.01.26.525375v1) Read more about New preprint!

Talk at the Tumor metabolism Keystone conference

September 6, 2022
I am giving a short talk on Tuesday during workshop #1. I will present my results on characterizing amino acid transport in cancer cells using pooled screens. There will be a mix of expected results and some more surprising findings!

Talk at the Cancer metabolism showcase

April 5, 2022
I am giving a talk during Session #3 on nutrients. I will talk about my efforts to use pooled CRISPR screens to map amino acid transport in cancer cells.

Poster presentation at the BioMedical Transporters 2019 conference

August 3, 2019
I am presenting my work on the functional characterization of amino acid import into human cells using CRISPR-based genetic screens at the BioMedical Transporters 2019 conference. This conference organized by Matthias Hediger each 2 years is one of the largest and most respected meetings focusing solely on transporter biology. Poster session part 2 on Wednesday, August 7 1:55-3:25pm, poster #63
