With funding from the Elson Family Arts Initiative Fund to Support Integration of the Arts into the Curriculum, this seminar will also have an art workshop on the practice of developing and drawing comics and graphic novels with an eye towards the creative option of the final project.  This workshop will be led by local-MA comic artist Erica Henderson and is an integral part of the seminar, and students are required to attend and participate in all workshops.
