Laura T has a broad interest in the neural mechanisms of social cognition. More specifically she is interested in the cognitive control of emotion, its implications in our social interactions, and the development of targeted cognitive training to improve cognitive control in severely impaired clinical populations. Laura is currently a postdoctoral scholar in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences, UC Davis Imaging Research Center, working with Cameron Carter and Tara Niendam.
