I am a postdoctoral fellow in mental health policy research at Harvard Medical School. My research focuses on advancing organizational capabilities to engage patients with social, medical, and behavioral health needs. I use organization theory to inform examinations of coordination within interprofessional teams, across health systems, and between organizational partners. Previously I piloted multiple interventions at the Kaiser Permanente Division of Research to address the barriers faced by patients with complex physical and behavioral comorbidity. I earned my PhD in health policy at UC Berkeley, MSPH at Johns Hopkins, and BS at UC Berkeley.
