I am a postdoctoral fellow in the department of Health Care Policy at Harvard Medical School. In my research I apply implementation science frameworks and rigorous quantitative methods to identify pathways to catalyze the diffusion of health care innovations.

In my professional experiences I have collaborated with interdisciplinary teams at Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Health to translate complex research findings into scalable interventions that improve patient experiences and clinical outcomes. My published research has combined multi-level and diverse data sources including electronic health records, large national surveys, geographic information systems, and patient-reported outcomes. I earned my PhD in health policy at UC Berkeley, MSPH at Johns Hopkins, and BS at UC Berkeley.
