This course will continue our introduction of extragalactic astrophysics and cosmology from Ay202a.  We note that the Ay202a/b form an integrated sequence, intertwining extragalactic astronomy and cosmology so that galaxies can be presented in their cosmological context.  Ay202b will continue the presentation of extragalactic astronomy as well as introduce more cosmological topics and applications.
