    David Quinn is an associate professor of education at the Rossier School of Education, University of Southern California.  He conducts research to inform policy aimed at ending racial/ethnic- and class-based educational inequity. In particular, his interests include students’ seasonal learning patterns, teachers’ racial attitudes, and the effects of issue frames related to educational inequity.  Among other outlets, his work has appeared in Educational Researcher, American Educational Research Journal, Sociology of Education, Economics of Education Review, and Educational Evaluation and Policy Analysis.  Previously, he taught third and fourth grade in North Las Vegas, NV and served as a program director for Teach For America - Las Vegas Valley.
