David Nee is currently on the faculty of the Harvard College Writing Program. His book manuscript, Shakespeare and the Afterlife of Forms, recuperates early twentieth-century ideas about the “morphology” of literary forms in order to refresh our understanding of Shakespeare’s relationship to his sources and afterlives. Work related to this project has appeared in the journal Modern Language Quarterly. Nee received his BA in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University and his PhD in English from Harvard University.
