Hi there!

I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences at Harvard University, and I study the physics and chemistry of planetary materials under high pressures, primarily on water, phase transition, and melting in the rocky planets' interiors, using a combination of high-pressure experiments, thermodynamic calculations, and statistical modeling. I am also completing a secondary field in the History of Science and am especially interested in the intellectual history of geophysics.

Before arriving at Harvard, I graduated from the University of Michigan, where I studied Chemistry, Earth Science and Environmental History.
