I am a student at Harvard College, where I study Applied Mathematics and Economics. My interests in understanding the revolutionary impact of emerging technologies on the global economy. I am especially interested in the positioning of the developing world vis à vis novel technologies, including labor market resilience to automation.  

Currently, I am employed at the Morocco Employment Lab at the Harvard Kennedy School, where I work as a translation and content development specialist. I focus on developing curricula to train policymakers in Morocco, with a particular emphasis on labor market issues. I am also working at the Policy Center for the New South in Rabat, investigating the impact of the fertilizer market on food security in the developing world. 

At Harvard, I conduct economics research on several topics. I am working on a project evaluating the impact of the pandemic on port productivity worldwide. I am also looking into synergies between civil and military shipyards in China, and the impact these externalities have on the modernization of the PLA Navy. 

I enjoy learning languages and received a Critical Language Scholarship for the study of Portuguese from the U.S. Department of State. I am a native-level speaker of French, English, and German, as well as a fluent speaker of Spanish and Portuguese. I am also in the process of learning Mandarin Chinese at Harvard.
