Ece is now a Health Policy Analyst at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris, France. 

She recently obtained her Doctor of Science degree from the Department of Global Health and Population at the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health. Her research interests focus on supply side interventions aiming to improve health service delivery in low- and middle income countries. She applies econometric and statistical methods to evaluate health system reforms in resource constraint settings. Prior to joining Harvard, Ece worked at the Health, Nutrition and Population Department of the World Bank Group, where she evaluated various health financing initiatives in the Middle East and North Africa Region. Ece received my MA in international relations and economics from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at the Johns Hopkins University and her BA in social and political sciences from Sabanci University in Istanbul.
