Finance II - MBA Required Curriculum





The objective of FIN2 is to understand how entrepreneurs, managers, and firms create, destroy, or transfer value through financial decisions.  Successful financial policy means dividing up enterprise value and control in a way that allows entrepreneurs and firms to fund their operations, to create appropriate incentives, and to manage risk.
