    Coordinate and schedule Council meetings.
  • Notify the annual academic appointees at the School of upcoming Council meetings and other Postdoctoral Association events and/or actions
  • Lead an annual bylaws review ad-hoc committee
  • Write and distribute the minutes of each Council meeting.
  • Prepare the PDA annual report (with assistance from the President and other VPs)
  • Compile a transition document at the end of each academic year to facilitate the transition of Council positions between incoming and outgoing members.
  • Perform other duties as are required of the VP Internal Affairs, as the Council may determine.
