Our paper "Synthesizing dynamic MRI using long-term recurrent convolutional networks" was accepted for the 9th International Conference on Machine Learning in Medical Imaging. The conference will take place in Granada, Spain on September 16 2018.
This paper extends our previous work on hybrid OCM-MRI. Instead of an instance-based learning method, we use deep learning, which results in a dramatic improvement of prediction framerate. The link to the paper and code will follow soon.
Our abstract "Application of Deep Learning for the Quantitative Assessment of Bone Marrow Lesions (BMLs)" won the Second Best Abstract Investigator Award at this year's International Workshop on Osteoarthritis Imaging (IWOAI). Thanks to all co-authors!
