I am a Ph.D. candidate in Public Policy at Harvard University with interests in labor and personnel economics. My research examines the determinants of labor market inequality and factors that affect productivity and job satisfaction within firms. In my job market paper, I provide evidence that gender differences in how workers value job tasks contribute to occupational segregation by gender. My work has been supported by the Harvard Program in Inequality and Social Policy and the Women and Public Policy Program. Prior to Harvard, I received a B.A. from Yale University and an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics.
