Cutaneous immune-related adverse events (cirAEs) are the most common toxicities to occur in the setting of immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy. However, many aspects of cirAEs are largely understudied. We work on the following analyses:

  •  Identify risk factors and investigate their impact on mortality;
  • Conduct genomics association studies in the HLA domain to identify key variants in cirAEs;
  • Apply autoimmune diseases and immunotherapy polygenic risk scores to predict cirAE onset;
  • Apply machine learning techniques to predict cirAEs following immunotherapy in cancer patients.
