Personal website:

Hey there,

My name is Haozhe ('zh' as 'j' in 'juice). I'm a Ph.D. student in Neuroscience advised by Haim Sompolinsky at Harvard. I'm broadly interested in theoretical studies of neuroscience, including continual learning, population codes, and stochastic processes.

Previous to Harvard, I studied Psychology and Computational Neuroscience at the University of Chicago. With Peggy Mason, we looked at how pro-social behaviors in rats are driven by social cues as well as affective states. We also performed modeling on the reinforcement of prosocial behaviors, as well as HMM-based mapping of large-scale behavioral motifs.
