In many mobile health and digitial phenotyping studies, GPS is used to track a patient's movements. Due to battery constraints, GPS is usually disabled the majority of the time. Because of this a patient's mobility trace is mainly missing. The GPSmobility R package implements a flexible hot-deck multiple imputation approach as a solution to this problem.
